refund policy

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@beamsmileco.com with your order number for return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened boxes or pouches.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
